Studio 3 FIVE 8 is a fun and energetic specialty fitness studio that offers Pilates equipment sessions and small group classes that feature: mat Pilates, barre, facial movement, yoga and stretch. Classes are small (no more than 10 people), so that each student receives personal attention. Workouts are tailored to individuals’ needs, to insure each client achieves their fitness goals – whether injury recovery, weight loss, toning, or overall well-being, Studio 3 FIVE 8 has something for all fitness levels.

CLASSES

Barre

Barre workouts incorporate elements of dance, Pilates, strength and resistance training to create a fun, high-energy and fat-burning workout that strengthens, lengthens and tones the body.
Deep Stretch

Deep Stretch focuses on releasing tension of the hamstrings, hips and shoulders, which will provide more ease of movement through the lower back and knees, and improved range of motion in the neck and shoulders. No matter your sport or activity, your body will thank you for partaking in this small group session.
Fascial Movement
Fascial Movement sessions are designed to encourage students to enjoy more fluidity of movement, balance myofascial planes and create positive tensions for effective movement.
Pilates Equipment
Utilizing the STOTT PILATES method of exercises, in addition to STOTT Pilates equipment, a program will be tailored to each client’s specific needs with an emphasis on core strengthening as well as, lumbar-pelvic and scapular stabilization. Workouts are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints. Equipment workouts are appropriate for all fitness levels and excellent compliments to any and all sports. Private and duet sessions are available.
Pilates Fusion
Pilates Fusion is a Pilates-based workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility and total body conditioning fused with a perfect mix of cardio and body-sculpting exercises designed to make you sweat.
Pilates Mat

Following the STOTT PILATES Five Basic Principles — breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, scapular movement and head and cervical spine placement — workouts are developed to apply the biomechanical principles and will ensure the realization of maximum benefits from Pilates exercises while incorporating complimentary stretches.
PYB (Pilates, Yoga, Barre)
A fusion of Pilates, yoga and barre, our PYB sessions are sure to challenge your mind, body and spirit for a full 55 minutes.
