Utilizing the STOTT PILATES method of exercises, in addition to STOTT Pilates equipment, a program will be tailored to each client’s specific needs with an emphasis on core strengthening as well as, lumbar-pelvic and scapular stabilization. Workouts are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints. Equipment workouts are appropriate for all fitness levels and excellent compliments to any and all sports. Private and duet sessions are available by appointment.

All mat classes focus on proper alignment, breathing, and core activation to enhance the key components of fitness – balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility; and help to improve functional mobility for day-to-day living. Classes are designed to encourage students to enjoy more fluidity of movement, balance myofascial planes and create positive tensions for effective movement.
