HAPPY NEW YEAR

All of us at Studio 3FIVE8 would like to wish you a very happy, healthy, and prosperous 2019. We had an amazing 2018 and it was made possible by you, our wonderful clients. As we look ahead to the New Year, we hope to continue to provide each of you with personal attention and custom workouts to insure that you achieve and exceed your health and fitness goals.  Because of you, we have created a fun and supportive fitness community at Studio 3FIVE8 and our goal for the coming year is to grow our community so that we may share our love of fitness and fun with more people!

#JOURNEY
I’m sure you all have been bombarded on social media with New Year’s Resolutions, focus words, #goals, #newyearnewme…and all those other annoying traditions forced upon us each year around this time. Yes, a new year is a great time to re-evaluate our lives – but for me, personally I find that the cliché fitness is journey not a destination(insert eye roll) better serves a long-term commitment to oneself. Many times we set lofty New Year’s Resolutions envisioning the end results versus thinking about the processes and the actions to take to maintain our best selves.  True transformation comes from the inside-out and it takes time, hard work, and commitment. The journey, YOUR journey starts when you commit to being the very best YOU possible.  The Studio 3FIVE8 team is here to support you on your journey – let us know how we can help.

2019 SMALL GROUP SCHEDULE
Studio 3FIVE8 offers nine small group sessions each week, all of our classes are user-friendly, so whether you’re a fitness buff or just taking your first step in your fitness journey, our classes will benefit you.***Please note PYB is now at 9:00 a.m. on Mondays and Fascia Stretch has moved to Wednesday evenings at 5:00 p.m.

Saturday 8:15 Pilates Fusion with Margie
9:30 a.m. Barre with LeAnne
