ABC will focus on proper alignment, breathing, and core activation to enhance the key components of fitness – balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility; and help to improve functional mobility for day-to-day living. Pilates Circuit is a full-body workout utilizing Pilates equipment (reformer, chair, jump board) and small props (TwistBall, resistance bands, toning balls) to build strength and endurance. ***Participants must have completed at least 10 private/duet Pilates sessions. Cost is $25/session. Cardio dance set to upbeat music, with fun, user-friendly choreography designed to get your heart pumping and your booty moving.
Beginning Monday, January 6, 2020 all weekday Small Group Sessions will require reservations. Reservations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the session. Late cancelations or no shows will result in $15 account deduction or loss of class from package. Sessions with less than three participants confirmed will be canceled and/or replaced with a Pilates equipment session.
